Have a Great Weekend!

"I Still Fit In My Skinny Jeans" Gorgonzola Dressing:instead of regular mayo..use 1/2 cup Hellman's Olive Oil Mayonnaise
instead of sour cream..use 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt & tsp. of lemon juice (great tip from Bethanny)
a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce10 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese1/2 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup buttermilkMix all the above ingredients in a food processor.    I made wedge salads with this and grilled chicken I marinated in buffalo wing sauce.  My husband had no idea it was low fat.  Another great tip:  Make Buffalo Chicken Sliders for football season!  enjoy!  - tessa
